Welcome to RESINN. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
General
All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Coffee Products
All coffee sold by RESINN is a consumable product and is therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please note that flavour profiles may vary due to the natural characteristics of coffee.
Coffee Shipping
Please allow an additional 1–2 working days for order processing before dispatch.
Coffee orders are sent with standard (tracked) shipping which will take approx. 5-7 working days.
Delivery times are estimates only. We do not process orders over the weekend.
If your coffee order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
Please ensure your address and email details are correct and added to your order during checkout, so that we can keep you updated.
Once dispatched, delays caused by Royal Mail are outside of our control.
Homewares Products
Homewares include non-consumable items such as mugs, cups, décor, accessories, candles, and incense.
Homewares Shipping
All homewares are shipped via DHL.
DHL aims to deliver within 1–2 working days once dispatched.
Please allow an additional 1–2 working days for order processing before dispatch. We do not process orders over the weekend.
DHL attempt to deliver up to 3 times on working days only. if you miss your delivery please contact DHL with your unique tracking number which will be provided upon dispatch.
Please ensure your address and email details are correct and added to your order during checkout so that we can keep you updated.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Homewares Returns
Homewares may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect.
Non-Refundable Homewares
The following items are non-refundable, unless incorrect:
Seasonal items, including Christmas and Easter products
Candles and incense
Sale or clearance items (where applicable)
Damaged Homewares
Any visible damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims for damaged homewares must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
Shipping Responsibility
Delivery times are estimates only.
Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once delivery is confirmed.
Please ensure your delivery address and email is correct at checkout.
Liability
We do our best to make sure our products and website information are accurate and of a high standard. However, RESINN can’t be responsible for any indirect or unexpected losses that happen as a result of using our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.
