Coffee Session at Resinn

Join us for a coffee workshop at RESINN, where we introduce you to speciality coffee, the producers who grow and process the green coffee and how we select and roast the beans for you to enjoy. 

This session is for anyone who is interested in learning a little bit more about speciality coffee and how to optimise their home brewing method. 

When:

Saturday 10th January  10am - 2pm

Morning:

There will be a cupping session where you get to taste an array of coffees. We will discuss origin, varietals & processing which all influence the flavour of the coffee.

Brunch break:

A simple Scandi brunch will be served alongside something sweet.

Afternoon:

We will talk you through how to optimise brewing at home, including recipes & technique. There will be a detailed demonstration on the following brewing methods:

• filter
• hand brew
• espresso, including milk

We will then demonstrate in detail a brewing method of your choice. You can also bring in your own home brewing kit if you'd like to really dial in your technique.
