"This lot is composed exclusively of the ripest cherries, handpicked and carefully cultivated by select growers in the region. After harvest, the cherries undergo a rigorous sorting process using the 'lavador' machine to ensure only the highest quality fruit makes the cut. They are then sun-dried on patios and meticulously finished in mechanical dryers for 72 hours to achieve the perfect moisture content. The resulting cup is rich and creamy, with a bright, distinct citrus acidity and a smooth, silky finish.
